This article explains where to find module elements and how to remove them safely. You can delete individual elements or entire pages depending on the changes you need to make.
How to delete an element
Open the module you want to edit
Select Edit content from the sidebar
Find the element you want to remove and select Edit
Use the Delete button in the top‑right corner to remove the element
How to delete a page
To delete a full page rather than a single element:
Follow the steps above to open the page and its elements
Select the Delete page element button to remove the entire page
Deleting a page will remove all elements within it, so ensure you no longer need any content on that page before confirming.
After making your edits
When all deletions are complete, remember to follow your usual module‑publishing steps so your updates appear correctly for learners.
