Access to the CPD dashboard report requires specific administrator permissions. If you encounter any issues following these steps, please contact your training portal administrator for assistance.
Accessing the CPD Dashboard Report:
Login and and access Management Console
Navigate to the CPD dashboard report section.
Understanding CPD Statuses:
The CPD report displays three statuses:
Completed - Indicates the number of individuals who have finished their CPD learning for the current period.
On Target - Shows the number of individuals meeting the required CPD learning for the period.
Falling behind - Indicates the number of individuals who have not met the required CPD learning for the period.
Interpreting the Report:
Hover over color segments to view the total number of users in each CPD status.
Click on key items to exclude specific statuses from the doughnut chart, providing a clearer view of the remaining statuses.
Drilling Down into Periods:
Click "Current Periods" to access detailed information on the current CPD period, including user details, scheme, total learning, and structured learning.
Similarly, click "Previous Periods" to view detailed information on past CPD periods.
Exporting the Report:
Export the report to Excel by clicking the "Export Report" button.
Filtering and Searching:
Use the search box to filter results by user, scheme, or period. For example, searching "Scheme 1" (listen within the ''Scheme'' Column) will display all users assigned to that CPD scheme.
