The event admin can use the Cancellation Notification feature to help manage events and notify Line Managers when a user cancels their booking after the enrolment deadline, preventing another user from taking that spot.
Firstly, ensure the email template is set up in the Email Settings.
When creating the event session, select the "Line Manager cancellation notification" option in the Cancellation Notification settings.
By selecting this option, if any user cancels their booking after the enrolment deadline, an email notification will be sent to their Line Manager, informing them of the cancellation and the reasons provided by the user.
