Graphs and tables within the dashboard

This article explains the different graphs and tables available on your Skillcast dashboard and how they help you understand learning activity, compliance progress and user engagement.

Assignments

The Assignments report gives you insight into all assignment activity, including completed, pending, overdue, declined and planned assignments.

  • You can search for a specific assignment or sort the list using the dropdown.

  • Selecting a card lets you drill down into detailed assignment data. All values shown in the filters match the values displayed on the cards.

CPD

The CPD report shows each staff member’s CPD schemes and their current progress, such as completed, on track or falling behind.

  • You can search for a scheme or sort using the dropdown.

  • The filters show the same value options displayed on the dashboard cards.

E-learning

The E-learning report summarises all completed, incomplete and failed modules for the year and displays cards for each assigned module.

  • Selecting a card reveals more detailed progress information.

  • The Records card lists the people linked to each module.

  • You can search for a specific assignment or sort using the dropdown. The available values mirror the cards.

Assessment question responses

The assessment question responses show course analytics with the following statuses.

  • Correct answers

  • Correct, confident answers (if enabled)

  • Incorrect, confident answers (if enabled)

  • Incorrect answers

  • You can search for a course or an objective. You can also sort by Title or Status using the dropdown.

  • Selecting a card reveals more detailed progress information.

Policies

The Policies report shows all policies that have been attested, completed, viewed or declined.

  • Selecting a card displays the relevant staff members and the associated policy details.

Offline activities

The Offline activities section highlights all activities that have been completed, need approval, failed or were rejected.

  • Selecting a card shows the staff members involved.

  • Selecting a staff member reveals more detailed activity information.

  • If you are the approver, you can confirm or reject activities.

Events

The Events report gives you an overview of attendance activity, including attended, attendance not recorded, not approved, additional delegates required and approval required.

  • Selecting a card displays the relevant events or staff, and you can drill down further from there.

Compliance registers

Compliance register data is grouped according to the statuses configured for your organisation, including:

  • Approved – submissions that passed all approval stages

  • Not approved – submissions that were declined

  • In progress – submissions awaiting action or in an approval stage

  • Submitted for approval – submissions awaiting first review

  • Withdrawn – submissions that were withdrawn

  • Selecting a card shows high-level submission information and KPIs.

  • Drilling into a specific register displays submitter details and additional insights.

Question of the Day

The Question of the Day section shows results for all campaigns, including:

  • Correct answers

  • Correct, confident answers (if enabled)

  • Incorrect, confident answers (if enabled)

  • Incorrect answers

  • Not attempted answers

  • Selecting View results shows KPIs for each campaign, including user details, topics, dates, questions and responses.

  • Selecting View users displays each user's performance across their assigned campaigns.
