Feature Overview

Updated today

The Feature Overview gives you a clear, centralised view of all features included in your subscription. It is designed to help you understand the status of each feature, track progress during implementation, and stay aligned with your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

You can use this page to quickly assess what’s active, what’s still being implemented, and what actions are needed to keep everything on track. It also provides detailed checklists so you can easily manage responsibilities, deadlines, and required tasks before a feature goes live.

What the Feature Overview Shows You

The Feature Overview displays all features you have purchased. For each feature, you can see:

Feature Status

You will see whether a feature is:

  • Active

  • In Progress

  • Complete

  • Not Required

  • Not Renewed

  • Not Started

Feature Details

Each feature card shows:

  • Key implementation information

  • Agreed timelines

  • Any relevant configuration or setup notes

Checklists and Responsibilities

Every feature includes a checklist designed specifically for that product’s implementation.

You can see:

  • All tasks required before the feature can go live

  • Who is responsible for each task (you or the CSM)

  • Agreed deadlines

To help keep everything on schedule, automatic reminder emails are sent to anyone responsible for outstanding tasks. These reminders ensure consistent progress and clear communication between you and your CSM.

Removing a checklist item

If a checklist item is no longer required, you can remove it by following these steps:

  • Select the Delete button on the relevant checklist item.

  • When prompted, enter a reason for the deletion.

  • Select Confirm Delete to complete the action.

This ensures there is a clear audit trail and keeps the checklist accurate and up to date.

The Checklist feature in your Content Management System is only available once you have completed training on how to create and edit your own courses. If you do not see a checklist, it simply means this training has not been enabled for your account yet.

Once your training session has taken place, our Professional Services team will switch on the Checklist and add the relevant details from your session so you have everything you need in one place.

Tips

  • Keep dates up to date: Reviewing agreed timelines regularly helps avoid delays.

  • Check your reminders: Automatic emails will alert you when a task needs attention.

  • Use comments for clarity: Add notes whenever you need to provide context or updates for your CSM.
