Navigating the Home Page

This guide gives you a quick overview of the main areas of your portal, helping you find training, manage tasks, and track your progress.

Your home page's appearance may vary based on your organisation's configuration. Wording and options may differ from those shown in the resources below.

Home Page

Your Home page gives you an instant view of your learning and any actions that need attention.

  • View assigned training and activities

  • Track progress with completion indicators

  • See outstanding tasks and approvals

  • Access key areas of the portal quickly

Your Learning Section

My Assignments shows all training assigned to you in one place. Depending on your portal, this section may be called Mandatory Training or have a different name. From here you can:

  • View assigned learning activities

  • Check completion status

  • Start new training

  • Resume training already in progress

  • Review completed activities

  • If multiple languages are available on your portal, you can change your language using the language selector in the top-right corner.

  • By selecting the Feedback button, you can also share feedback directly with our Technical Product Management team if you have any suggestions for improving the home page.

Side Navigation

The side navigation menu helps you move around the portal and access key features.

To Do

The To Do page brings together everything that requires your attention. You can:

  • View outstanding training and policies

  • See overdue or pending activities

  • Start or resume tasks

  • Filter and search for specific items

My Profile

My Profile gives you an overview of your learning activity and personal information.

You can:

  • Change your avatar and interests

  • View assignment progress and access training records

  • View completed and pending training

  • Download certificates of completed training

  • Download or print assignments or training records

  • Search and filter records

  • Add and track CPD progress (if enabled by your organisation)

Search

The Search page helps you quickly find learning content assigned to your account and information.

Use Search to:

  • Find courses and policies

  • Ask Aida questions related to training

  • Resume learning activities

  • Filter results to find what you need faster
