As a line manager, you may have access to the My Team* page which will allow you to see review your teams training records and progress along with any direct reports that report into your team members.
In your portal, go to
My Team page
select the Team Performance tab.
Line manager will see an overview of all campaigns currently running and their teams over all performance.
To view the individual performance the line manager to would need to click onto a campaign.
*The My Team tab may be titled something different on applications.
