This article explains what happens when a user receives a question through a Question campaign and how they can respond to it within the portal.
When a Question campaign is active, users receive email notifications according to the frequency set in the campaign. Each email informs them that a new question is available, shows the campaign name, and includes a link that takes them directly to the Question tab in the application.
The current question remains available until the next scheduled question is sent out, after which it expires. If SSO is not enabled, users will need to log in with their username and password before accessing the question.
Once the user is logged into the portal, they will land on the question page where they can read the question and the available answer options.
Depending on the campaign configuration:
If betting is enabled, the user will be asked to confirm their choice by selecting Yes or No when prompted with Are you sure?.
If betting is not enabled, the user can submit their chosen answer immediately.

After submitting the answer:
The user will see whether their selected answer is correct.
They can access any related e-learning if it has been assigned to them.
They can also view their overall campaign performance by selecting the relevant links.
