This article will help you understand how to view and download invoices, check your current subscriptions and usage, and track Aida credits in your Management Console. Managing your billing information ensures you always have visibility over your organisation's subscriptions, user activity, and credit status.
How to view current subscriptions and usage
You can easily check your active subscriptions and see how your licences are being used.
To view your current subscriptions:
Select Management Console > Billing.
Under Current subscriptions, you'll see:
Start and end date for each subscription
Number of users and licences purchased
Active users: Users with a licence who have accessed at least one module from a subscription library, or logged into the LMS or compliance tool
Potential users: Users who have been assigned a course but haven't started, or have access to the LMS or compliance tool but haven't logged in yet

Select a row to open a pop-up with:
Utilisation: View graphs showing current and potential licences. For library subscriptions, you can also see usage by content or module.
Active users: See unique IDs, registration dates, and archive status (if applicable). Use the search bar and select the Excel button to download this data.
Potential users: View unique IDs, registration dates, and archive status (if applicable). You can also search and download this list as an Excel file.
How to view and download invoices
You can access all your invoices in one place.
Scroll to the Invoices section to view current and past invoices.
Each invoice displays:
Date
Reference ID
Amount
Status
Select the download icon to save an invoice to your device.

How to track credits on Aida
The Aida Quota table gives you a clear view of your credit usage.
Find the table under Management Console > Billing and Subscription.
The table updates automatically every day and requires no manual input.
It displays:
Start Date and End Date of your plan
Aida Credits Remaining
Total Credits Available
This helps you monitor your credit status at a glance.
