Permissions needed:
User Management
1. Search for the user account you want to give access to and select the user
3. Select Administrator access in the Edit user sidebar
4. Select the direct domain access field to choose the domains. Select the Administrator roles field to choose the roles. Scroll or start entering to search, and press CTRL+select to choose multiple options
5. Select the relevant Add or Update settings button to update access. The next time the user logs in, they should have the new access permissions. If not, ask them to log out and login again
