You may want to review a user's email history to confirm whether a notification was sent, when it was sent or what the content included. This article explains how to access and review this information.
To complete these steps, you need access to User Management and permission to view email history. If you do not currently have this access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Accessing Email History
Click on Management Console at the top of your homepage.
Select User Management from the right-hand-side menu.
Search for the user whose email history you want to review.
Select the user's account.
Click Email History and Schedule from the right-hand-side menu under Edit User.
Viewing email history
You will see the full email history for the user. For each email, you can view:
The date it was sent
The subject line
The address it was sent from
The full email content
If temporary login details have been sent to the user, these will appear here as part of the email body.

If you cannot see Email History and Schedule, you may need additional permissions.
Limitations
Note: Some automated emails are system-triggered and may not follow custom templates. The email history will display them exactly as sent.
