What is a static Audience Group
A static Audience Group uses individual user assignments, rather than rules, to assign training or grant access to resources.
How to add one or multiple user accounts
1. Select Management Console > User Management and locate the user account
2. Select the user account (if selecting multiple users, select Create new selection)
3. Select Audience Groups in the sidebar. This shows any Audience Groups the user is already part of.
4. Select the Audience Group field and scroll to find or enter the Audience Group’s name (press CTRL+click to select multiple names)
5. Select the start date (defaults to today’s date) and select Add:
