User Management
Sometimes you have an employee returning to your organisation after a long absence, such as maternity leave or sick leave. That’s when you can reactivate their account, so that they can:
Be assigned training
Receive notification emails
Access their information
Reactivating a single account
1. Select Management Console > User management and search for the user (filtering by Archived users)
2. Select the user and select the Status dropdown and change from Archived to Live
3. Select the Update user attributes button:
Reactivating multiple accounts
1. Select Management Console > User management and search for the user (filtering by Archived users)
2. Tick the box next to each user and select Create new selection
3. If you need to repeat the search for other users, select Add to selection so they join the selection you’ve already created in Step 2
3. Select Edit attributes and select Reactivate users:
