How to assign Learning Paths

After creating Learning Paths, you can assign them to a user or groups of users, and add deadlines too. This article shows you how.

  • Management Console

  • User Management

How to assign Learning Paths to a user

1. Login and select Management Console > User management and search for the user by entering a keyword, such as their name or email address:

2. Select the user, select Assignments in the Edit user sidebar, and scroll down to Add a new assignment
3. Select the Learning Path field, and either scroll or start entering the learning path name. To select multiple Learning Paths, press CTRL and scroll and select each Learning Path)

4. Select a category to define where the Learning Paths will appear when the user logs in
5. Set a date for completion in the Deadline field

6. Select the Active dropdown to choose when the Learning Path becomes active (default is Immediately), and select Add assignment:

How to assign Learning Paths to multiple users

1. Login and select Management Console > User management and search for the user by entering a keyword, such as their name or email address:

2. If more than one user appears, tick the box next to the users you want to include and select Create new selection. Repeat the search for every user you want to add, and select Add to selection

3. Select Assignments in the red Users selected sidebar
4. Scroll down to Add assignment. Select the Learning Path field and either scroll or start entering the name. To select multiple Learning Paths, press CTRL+select for each learning path
5. Select a category to define where the Learning Paths will appear and set a date for completion in the Deadline field

6. Select the Active dropdown to choose when the Learning Path becomes active (default is Immediately), and select Add assignment:
