To be able to grant additional attempts, you will need to have the right permissions. If you are unable to follow these steps, please contact your Customer Success Manager by selecting "Send us a message" via the help icon in your portal, or by emailing [email protected].

Adding attempts
Select Management Console > User Management
Search for the user and select their account
Select Training records in the Edit user sidebar:
Select the failed module
Scroll to Update attempt limit, enter the new limit number, and select the Update attempt limit button
Repeat for each user
Additional attempts can not be granted in bulk to multiple users. You'll need to find each member of staff individually and give them more attempts per module.
