How to create a module from your subscriptions

This article shows how to view purchased modules, add to your portal, preview and check before adding.

Permissions needed:

  • Content Management

  • Your subscriptions

1. Select Management Console > Content Management > Your subscriptions:

2. Search for a module or filter by subscriptions
3. Select the Create an editable version button (if you prefer a Skillcast original, please contact your Customer Success Manager)

If there are any existing module versions, you'll get an alert. To add a new version, select Add new version

4. Complete the details and select the Create an editable version button

Domain

Choose the commonly used domain or select where you would like the content to be placed

Skin

Choose the commonly used skin or:

  • Skin - SHARD/Classic
    For the classic West-East module

  • Skin - Flexible
    The latest skin for the West-East module

  • Skin - Scrolling
    For the scrolling module (this option will not be available in the dropdown if the module is not a scrolling module)

Home page category

Choose the commonly used category or select any, and confirm with your Customer Success Manager

E-learning library category

The E-learning library category organises the "Select course" drop-down when adding a new course to a Learning path

5. Contact your Customer Success Manager to confirm setup is correct before assigning the module to the Audience Group
