The Policies report doughnut will show the split of Completed, Pending, Overdue and Declined statuses for any policies with an attestation. Hover over the colour segments to see the total number of activities for each segment.
If you want to exclude a status from the doughnut you can click on the key items. The doughnut will reconfigure to show you the split between the remaining statuses.
Click 'View Policy report' to view the report in more detail and drill down to user detail.
Completion rate by policy
This will show a list of all polices with attestations assigned to users within your remit and next to the name of each policy a summary of the total numbers of completed pending, overdue and declined assignments. The bar next each policy shows you the proportion of completed, pending and overdue using a RAG rating.
Clicking on a policy will open a new screen which will show you a list of all active users who are assigned that policy with an attestation, their status and the date completed (if there is one). Clicking on a user will open the training record for that policy.
*Note: Use the search box to filter by policy name, completion status, user or any value within that grouping. Example: Search "May" to show all users within a May date as their earliest overdue deadline.
