This area of the portal allows administrators to share files with other administrators and the Skillcast Customer Success Team securely.
Files uploaded to the File exchange are uploaded to specific domains. This allows you to restrict or give access to other admins. You may wish to move files to another domain so they are visible to other admins.
When you are logged in, select the Management Console tab in the navigation banner and then the File exchange link on the right-hand side.
You can use the search field or the column filters to look for a specific file.
Select the files you want to move by ticking the checkboxes in the list. From the Actions dropdown, select the required domain you wish to move the file to under the Move to domain category. A popup will appear that asks, 'You are moving X item to the domain [domain name]. Are you sure?'. Select OK to continue.
