This guide explains how you can enable or disable email notifications when files are uploaded to the File Exchange domains you have access to. This helps you stay updated whenever new content is added to the areas you manage.
How to enable notifications
You can switch on notifications for any File Exchange domain you have access to. Once enabled, you will receive an email each time a file is uploaded.
To turn on notifications:
Go to Management Console and select File exchange from the right-hand menu
Select Notifications in the File exchange menu
You will see a list of all File Exchange domains available to you
Tick the box next to the domain or domains for which you want to receive notifications
Select Update to save your changes
You will then receive an email notification the next time a file is uploaded to any selected domain
How to disable notifications
If you no longer want to receive alerts:
Return to the Notifications section within File exchange
Untick the domain or domains you want to remove
Select Update to apply your changes
Tips
If a domain does not appear in your list, you may not have the correct permissions
Notifications apply only to domains that are ticked and saved
You can adjust your selections at any time
Limitations
If you believe you have incorrect permissions, you will need support from your company admin or Customer Success Manager
