You can choose to receive a notification email each time a file is uploaded to a domain you have access to.
To do this go to Management Console and select the File exchange option in the right-hand menu.
Select the option for Notifications in the File exchange Menu.
You will see a list of all the file exchange domains you have access to. Tick the box next to the domain(s) for which you want to start receiving notifications and select the Update button. You will then receive a notification the next time a file is uploaded to that domain(s).
If you wish to turn off the notifications untick the domains you wish to remove and select Update.
