On the Learning Management system, there is the option to have a reminder email for your CPD. The email can be scheduled and sent to remind employees to complete and update their CPD.
To access the CPD email templates, please follow the steps below:
Click on Management Console at the top of your homepage and click on the configuration option from the right-hand-side menu called management console.
Click on the Email Notifications option
Go to Edit Template Emails
From the template dropdown please choose the CPD reminder template email
Click on edit
NB: To do this you will need access to the Management Console and Edit Template Emails If you do not see this please contact your Customer Support Manager at [email protected]
This reminder email will include the following information:
The system code below will automatically include this information from an individual's CPD set-up and progress.
Your CPD total target > [cpd:total_target]
Your structured target > [cpd:structured_target]
How much you have completed of your structured target > [cpd:structured_completed]
How much you have completed of your total target > [cpd:total_completed]
CPD Year CPD > CPD year
CPD Start Date > [cpd:start_date]
CPD End Date > [cpd:end_date]
