How to send CPD emails using templates

You can schedule and send reminder emails to users about completing and updating CPD.

Permissions needed:

  • Management Console

  • Email Notifications

1. Select Management Console > Email notifications > Edit template emails

2. Select the template dropdown and choose CPD reminder, then select Edit:


3. The reminder email includes the following information. The fields will automatically show each user’s CPD setup and progress:

  • Your CPD total target > [cpd:total_target]

  • Your structured target > [cpd:structured_target]

  • How much you have completed of your structured target > [cpd:structured_completed]

  • How much you have completed of your total target > [cpd:total_completed]

  • CPD Year CPD > CPD year

  • CPD Start Date > [cpd:start_date]

  • CPD End Date > [cpd:end_date]
