You can download a catalog from your audience group. This is beneficial when you want to see what content is in a particular audience group. It will also show you the category placement of each of the learning paths and also the deadline assigned against the learning.
To download a catalog please follow the steps below:
Click on Management Console at the top of your homepage and then click on the Audience Management option from the right-hand-side menu called management console.
Click into the relevant Audience Group
Click on Content
Scroll to the end of the page
In the content catalog section you have the option to download the catalog in PDF, HTML, Word or Excel
Click on the 'Download catalog tab choosing the format you want.
