You can choose to have a carousel banner positioned at the top of your Learning Management System homepage.
You can choose how this displays by following the instructions below:
Click on Management Console at the top of your homepage and click on the configuration option from the right-hand-side menu called management console.
Click on the Portal Design option
Next you will see the Portal Layout options as per the details below
