Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.

This means that when you click on your portal link you will be taken straight into your Skillcast account as long as you are signed into your company network or intranet and there is a matching account for you on the Skillcast portal.

Depending on your own companies security policies the first time you ever click on that link you maybe asked to enter your credentials again, however after this point you should not be asked again. If you cannot remember your network credentials at any point you should contact your internal IT or tech support for further help.

If you encounter an error message similar to the one below it maybe because of the following reasons:

  • Your Skillcast account has been archived

  • Your Skillcast account doesn't exist at all

  • Your Skillcast account has a typo or doesn't match your company credentials. For example [email protected] is registered on the Skillcast portal as [email protected]

If you see the message above or see any other error messages when trying to use Single Sign-On (SSO) please contact your company admin, a support request can be submitted by sending an email to [email protected].
