How to login with Two-Factor Authentication and One-Time Passcode

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your login process. When enabled, you will be asked to enter a one-time passcode (OTP) to access your portal or the Management Console. This helps ensure that only authorised users can access sensitive areas of the platform.

When you will see the One-Time Passcode screen

Once you have successfully entered your username and password into the portal, or after selecting the Management Console, you will be taken to the one-time passcode screen. This is where you will generate and enter your OTP.

How to generate your one-time passcode

To receive your passcode:

  • Select GET OTP on the one-time passcode screen

  • You will receive an email sent to your registered email address containing a 6-digit one-time passcode

  • The passcode is valid for a limited time only, so it should be used as soon as possible

How to complete your login

To validate your passcode:

  • Enter the 6-digit passcode into the one-time passcode field

  • Select VALIDATE OTP to complete the login process

  • You will then be granted access to the portal or Management Console
