The file exchange feature is a secure way for files to be uploaded and download between Skillcast and the client.
We can accept PDFs, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, Scorm files, and compressed zip files.
It's worth noting that the maximum file size allowed for upload is 2 gigabytes.
For videos, if the videos are encoded correctly then the file sizes should be well below 2 gigabytes.
