How to assign and add responsibilities to Senior Managers

This article shares how to assign functions and responsibilities to Senior Managers, and how to add responsibilities to the register.

Permissions needed:

  • Management Console

  • SMCR Registers

1. After adding Senior Managers, select Management Console > SMCR registers > Responsibilities tab and select a responsibility:

2. Start entering the Senior Manager's name and select them, then add an effective date for the responsibility to start
3. Select Add responsibility mapping:

4. You can also add overall or others' responsibilities. Scroll down to the Add Responsibility section, select the responsibility type (Overall or Other) from the dropdown. Add an ID (responsibility name), description, and select Add responsibility

5. The responsibility now appears in the list of responsibilities, for you to select and assign a Senior Manager
