How to reopen and update alerts within a compliance declaration

Updated over 12 months ago

Depending on the answers given, some complete compliance declarations can have open alerts that require action. Some alerts will be closed automatically, for example, if the user was instructed to contact the office manager or the IT support desk.

Closed alerts, whether closed automatically or by an admin user, can be updated and reopened if required.

If you need to reopen an alert, you will need to add a comment, which can include action points. Then, using the dropdown, change the status to Open and select Update.

You can add comments to closed alerts without having to change the alert status as well.
