Email is not considered a secure method of data transmission under GDPR. To help keep your information safe, we provide a secure, encrypted File Exchange method via your Skillcast Portal for sharing documents and files.

All file uploads and downloads take place over HTTPS using SSL encryption.
Both Skillcast and your organisation can meet our legal obligations under GDPR.
You have a reliable and trackable way to send documents securely.
Files are stored in a shared, secure space where colleagues with File Exchange permissions can also access them as needed.
Data retention periods are in place – for example, files may be automatically deleted within three months of upload, reducing the risk of unnecessary long-term storage.
