Why is my home page blank?

If your home page is showing as blank, it usually means that no training has been assigned to you yet. This does not indicate a problem with your account or access.

Training is assigned by your organisation, either automatically based on your role or profile details, or manually by an administrator. If no training applies to you at the moment, your home page may appear empty.

There are a few common reasons this can happen. Your training may not yet have been assigned, your role or profile details may have recently changed, or a new course may still be in the process of being set up. In some cases, training has been assigned but is not currently available to launch.

If you believe you should have training showing, we recommend contacting your line manager, HR team, or internal administrator to check whether training has been assigned to you. They can confirm whether anything is pending or needs updating.

Once training is assigned, it will automatically appear on your home page.
