How to email users

As an alternative to automated emails, you can manually send emails to users, and track or check scheduled and sent emails. Here's how.

1. Select Management Console > User management

2. Search for the user. If sending the email to multiple users, select Add to selection after you've found each user:

3. Select Send email in the sidebar

4. Either create the email from scratch, or select the Domain and Template dropdowns

5. Select the Use this template button

6. Review who the emails are going to and from, any template inputs (whether to add/append login details to emails), and select Continue:

7. Review the message content, and select Send to send the email (or Back to edit)

8. A message appears to confirm the email has been sent

That's how you can manually email users.
