A video is not playing when completing my training.

We host our videos with a third-party company called Wistia. Their requirements relating to browsers are given here: https://wistia.com/doc/viewer-requirements

If all our videos are being blocked for you, that will be because your network is rejecting the content coming from Wistia. To fix this, your IT will need to whitelist the following three domains:

*.wistia.com

fast.wistia.net


If you are still unable to play the video, there is an option to read the transcript. Please click the speaker icon at the top right-hand side of the page if you want to bring up the transcript. You can then click the Next button to proceed.
