If your module is still showing as incomplete after you have reached the required pass mark, this is usually because not all pages within the module have been viewed. Most modules require you to both pass the assessment and visit every page in the Course Menu before the status can update.
To resolve this:
Log back into your account.
Open the Course Menu for the relevant module.
Check that each page has been visited. Any pages not yet viewed should be completed before the module can be marked as finished.
Once all pages have been viewed, your completion status should update automatically.
