Depending on the answers given, some complete compliance declarations can have open alerts that require action.
By setting up the submission settings accordingly, you can receive a copy of the email sent to the user, including details of any open alerts. You can read more about the submission settings in the article titled Understanding surveys and declarations.

When reviewing submissions, you will notice that the open alerts are framed in a red box and have the word Open noted in the top right-hand corner.
You can add some comments in the text input box to keep a clear audit of the actions taken. To save it, select the Update button.
Once the alert has been resolved, you can set it to Closed by using the drop down selector next to the Update button. Select the Update button to save the change.
