How line managers can access and review team training and records

Want to track team progress and view direct reports for team members? This article shows how.

1. Select My Team (depending on your portal this may have a different name) and there are two tabs: Approval required and Team:

Approval required tab

View and approve offline activities for managers or learners. Select an entry to view the record details.

Team tab

Select a user to view direct reports, alerts, and statuses across five tabs:

  • Approval required
    Another way to view information in the Approval required tab

  • Activity history
    View previous activities, statuses, and select to view more information

  • CPD
    If using CPD, view records and progress, including types and durations

  • Assignments
    View assignment progress charts plus deadlines and statuses

  • Add additional activity
    Create training records for categories and activities

That's how line managers can view and track team training records.
